These terms govern your use of BFT Learn, the learning platform operated by BFT Solutions Limited (“BFT”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using BFT Learn, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password secure. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

2. Enrolment & payment

Choosing a course on BFT Learn creates a pending enrolment. Access to that course’s content unlocks once an administrator has confirmed payment has been received, arranged outside the platform. BFT Learn does not process card or bank payments itself.

3. Live classes & recordings

Live classes run on Microsoft Teams. Recordings are made available to everyone enrolled on the course, including anyone who missed the live session, for revision purposes. Recordings and course materials are for your personal study only and must not be redistributed, published or shared outside the course.

4. Assignments, quizzes & certificates

Work you submit must be your own. A Certificate of Completion is issued once the course’s requirements are met and can be verified by anyone using its public verification code — we may withdraw a certificate found to have been obtained dishonestly.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use BFT Learn to harass others, share unlawful content, attempt to access another user’s account or data, or interfere with the platform’s normal operation. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

6. The AI revision assistant

Where enabled, the AI assistant is a study aid grounded in your own course material. It can make mistakes — always check anything important against the lesson content, your lecturer, or an authoritative source.

7. Availability

We work to keep BFT Learn available, but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access — the platform can be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

8. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

9. Liability

BFT Learn is provided as a professional training tool. To the extent permitted by law, BFT Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
